Return Policy

We are confident you will love your Food Map Design product! However if for any reason you want to return your purchase from Food Map Design, we will be happy to process the return quickly and without fees.

Returned purchases must be unused and returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging (please add supplementary or new packaging if the original packaging was worn during shipping). Ship returns to the return address on the package within 10 days after receipt of the order. Please alert Food Map Design by phone or email about the return before shipping it. We prefer that returns be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service and that the shipment be insured. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Credit Card payments will be refunded with credit returned to the card. Check payments will be mailed a return check.
